Nandom Assembly Hands Over Modern Office Complex to Strengthen Health and Agricultural Service Delivery

The Nandom Municipal Assembly has commissioned and officially handed over a newly completed 10-unit office complex with a conference hall to the Municipal Health Directorate and the Department of Agriculture, marking a significant investment in public sector infrastructure and service delivery in the municipality.

The modern facility, located at Danko behind the Municipal Assembly Block, was constructed and fully furnished through funding from the District Assemblies Common Fund–Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG).

The project is expected to provide a conducive working environment for staff, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the coordination and delivery of essential health and agricultural services to residents across the municipality.

Speaking during the handover ceremony, officials of the Assembly described the facility as a major milestone in the Assembly's efforts to strengthen institutional capacity and improve public service delivery.

The office complex features spacious and well-equipped workspaces, modern offices, and a conference hall designed to promote collaboration, professionalism, and productivity among staff of the two key departments.

The Assembly noted that improving working conditions for public sector workers remains critical to ensuring efficient service delivery and achieving sustainable local development.

Beneficiaries of the facility expressed appreciation to the Assembly for the intervention, indicating that the new office complex will significantly enhance their operations and enable them to better serve communities within the municipality.
