OFFINSO N: Asuoso SHS inaugurates board

A 12-member governing board for Asuoso Senior High School in Offinso North of the Ashanti region has been inaugurated.

Speaking to Ghanadistricts.com, the Offinso North District Public Relate Officer, (PRO), Mr. Emmanuel Effah named members as: Mr. Bertinus Bagbin, representing the Director-General, Ghana Education Service, Mr. David Oppong representing the Regional Director of Education, Mr. Michael Ignatius Darbbey Tannian District Education Director, Mr. Emmanuel Teye Adebi-Caesar Headmaster, Asuoso SHS, Mr. Anthony Ameyaw member, Parent-Teacher Association, and Mr. David Adusei chairman, Parent-Teacher Association.

The rest are, Nana Agyemang Pambour, representing Traditional Council, Mr. Mamoa Elijah representing District Assembly, Mr. Frimpong David Kwabena representing Clergy, Mr. Joseph Nyame representing Non-Teaching Staff, Mr. Adams Aziz representing District Assembly, and Mr. Owusu Benjamin, Assistant Headmaster, Asuoso SHS).

According to the PRO, their immediate task is to work hard to ensure that the school becomes one of the best in the area.

They were later sworn in by the magistrate of the district magistrate court, Her Worship Baah Florence.
