The tour included the commissioning of a CHPS Compound with staff quarters at Hyireso, alongside the rehabilitation and tarring of the Ampoma and Anyima town roads and the construction of the Ampoma College of Health.

Other projects inspected included the ongoing completion of the Anyima E-Block with ancillary facilities, a boys’ dormitory block at Jema Senior High School, the DCE’s bungalow and the 24-Hour Economy Market at Jema.

The inspection also covered teachers’ quarters and a CHPS Compound with staff quarters at Attakrom, as well as a 2-unit KG classroom block with ancillary facilities at Bossomkrom.

The exercise provided an opportunity to assess progress and engage project teams on the need to maintain quality standards, ensure value for money and complete the projects on schedule.

The interventions form part of efforts to improve infrastructure, expand access to essential services and create better opportunities for residents of the Kintampo South District and the wider Bono East Region.
