Agona East Assembly presents 100 school uniforms to Fahwia Primary and JHS

The District Chief Executive of Agona East District, Janet Odei Paintsil has presented uniforms to pupils of Fahwia Primary and Junior High Schools as part of the assembly’s commitment to promoting quality teaching and learning in the district.

She expressed the hope that the gesture would encourage parents to enroll their children into formal education.

Making the presentation of the one hundred (100) school uniform to the pupils at Agona Fahwia AEDA primary and junior high school, the district chief executive said that distribution of free uniforms should serve as motivation to the pupils to be in school and raise the standard of education in the district.

She pointed out that the initiative was also to complement the efforts of the parents in taking care of their children in the basic schools.

She urged the parents to encourage their children to ensure they complete the academic ladder in order to be self-reliant and useful to society.
