DCE Calls Corporate Institutions, NGOs to support Rescued Newborn Baby

The District Chief Executives for Dormaa West District Assembly in the Bono Region, Mr. Francis K. Oppong called on the various corporate institutions, and Non-governmental Organizations to come to the aid of a new-born baby boy who was dumped in a public toilet at Nkrankwanta and rescued, thereby rushing to the female ward of the Dormaa West District Hospital.

Speaking with Ghanadistricts.com, Mr. Francis Oppong said, the Hospital authorities have confirmed that the rescued baby is safe and healthy and needs nutrient-rich baby foods to eat and survive.

The DCE assured the Assembly’s commitment and readiness to take full financial responsibility for the baby and has therefore called on various philanthropists, corporate Institutions, Individual and Non-governmental organizations to come to the aid of the baby.
