The eight-unit classroom complex structure, which has a staff common room, an office, a store, and washroom, was funded by an Al-Saqiya Foundation from Saudi Arabia.

The Foundation also handed over an ultra-modern mosque which was built in addition to the classroom block, for the Zongo community at Aiyinasi and its environs.

The District Director of Education, Mrs. Mabel Frances Williams who inaugurated the block lauded the Al-Saqiya Foundation for the facility as it would provide space for enrollment of more pupils and asked the community to maintain the facility.

She advised parents to take advantage of the facility to send their children to school as education was the best investment parents could make in their children.

Mrs. Williams noted that attaining quality education was the collaborative effort of all stakeholders especially teachers and parents and charged teachers to be disciplined and give off their best.

The headmaster of the school, Mr. Abdulai Musah expressed his profound gratitude to Al-Saqiya Foundation for the unflinching support given to the school and appealed to the Foundation to extend their support to UBAISH SHS which is the only Islamic Senior High School in the District and Western Region as a whole.

He appealed to the District Assembly to provide the school with an ICT centre.

The Ellembellle District Chief Executive (DCE) Mr. Kwasi Bonzo pledged the support of the Assembly to the school and called on the authorities of the school not to relent in their efforts to work closely with the Assembly on pressing problems.

He appealed to parents not to engage their children in farming to the detriment of their education since they were the future leaders.

"Children are our future leaders and education is a necessary tool to prepare them for that future responsibility. We shouldn't let politics to divide us because our children don't know NPP and NDC so let us unite", he emphasised.

Mr. Bonzo said Zongo communities failed to enroll in school in the past and charged parents to take advantage of the classroom block by enrolling them in school.

According to him circular education ought to be intensified in all Islamic schools in the country and reaffirmed his readiness to work with the Member of Parliament (MP) Mr. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah to ensure the speedy development of the District.

Mr. Bonzo said the Assembly and MP would provide 150 dual desks and marker boards for the school and urged Muslims to be peaceful and law-abiding and expose the bad nuts amongst them.

The Chief of Aiyinasi, Nana Etwe Kpanyinli expressed the community's gratitude to the Foundation especially its support to brilliant but needy children in the Zongo communities in Ghana and promised to release a vast land for Muslims in the area to settle.
