According to him, the situation is seriously affecting teaching and learning in the school.
He explained that, some residents have turned to use the school compound for various undesirable activities such as smoking especially during school hours which put students and teachers in danger.
He added that, most of the students could not get desks to sit on and the situation has compelled students to resort to some broken furniture as they struggle to settle in the classrooms.
Mr. Anetey said hundreds of broken furniture are left unrepaired for years due to poor maintenance by the school authority and has affected quality teaching and learning as well as school attendance by the children as it discourages them from attending school.
He therefore called on the government and other stakeholders to urgently intervene.
