Offinso North DCE Adjudge the best

Mr David Kwasi Asare, the District Chief for Offinso North of the Ashanti region has been adjudged the best performing DCE in the Ashanti Region.

The chairman for the founding fathers in the region, Nana Obiri Yeboah disclosed this at a colourful ceremony at Afranncho, a farming community in the District when he presented an award to him for working hard to better the lives of the people.

He described Mr. Asare’s leadership style as exemplary and therefore, urged the other Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief executives to emulate him to help push the party to win the 2020 general elections. “Saying that it is through the performances of the MMDCEs that can help win power for the party comes December 2020.

The chiefs of the district also presented an award to the DCE for using the assembly resources judiciously to the benefit of the people in the area and urged him to continue with the good work to ensure total development of the district.

Meanwhile, the 2019 edition of the Bridgenewsgh ultimate award also went to Mr David Kwasi Asare for his unprecedented performance in Education, Agriculture, Health, and Sanitation among others.

In a citation, Bridgenewsgh said Mr Asare has done a lot to end poverty and deprivation in the area.
