DCE donates duel desks to eight Electoral Areas

The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Amansie South, Mr. Clement Opoku Gyamfi has donated Three Hundred and Twenty (320) dual desks to schools in some selected community in the district.

The beneficiary communities include Dawusaso/Gyegyetreso, Afedie, Kumpese, Dadiase, Afraso, Keniago, Watreso and Nipankyeremia Electoral Areas.

Presenting the items on behalf of the Member of Parliament of Manso Adubia, the DCE tasked the beneficiaries to exhibit good maintenance culture and ensure that the furniture is used for its intended purpose.

He assured the other Electoral Areas that they will also receive their share of the cake in the next consignment, whiles also pledging the assembly’s readiness to commit more of its resources in providing such educational materials to ease congestion and facilitate effective teaching and learning in the schools.

The Educational Directorate also pledged its readiness to take proper care of the furniture and appealed to institutions and development partners in the district to come to the aid of the directorate for speedy educational development.
