MCE visits voters’ registration centres to register

The Municipal Chief Executive of Ablekuma Central Municipal Assembly, Mariama Karley Amui, with her team from the Assembly on Wednesday, 15th July, 2020, visited some registration centers in the Mambrouk Electoral Area.

The visit was to inspect the various registration centers within Mambrouk Electoral Area to observe the procedure for registration and also to advise citizens to abide by the safety protocols of COVID – 19.

She also took the opportunity to register for her voter’s Identification card at A.M.E Zion Church in the Zambrama Line.


The MCE urged the people at the registration centers to put into practice the safety measures of the COVID-19 especially the social distancing, wearing of nose masks, and washing of hands with soap under running water. She also advised them to desist from stigmatization and be each other’s keeper to enable us to curb COVID-19 pandemic.

He also distributed over 300 pieces of nose masks and 300 pieces of hand sanitizers to the registrants at all the registration centers she visited.



Registration centers visited were Power Effort 1, and 2 in the Shukura community within the Mambrouk Electoral Area and the A.M.E Zion Church in the Zamrama Line.
