As part of its deliberate policy focus on plugging the loopholes in educational delivery, the gesture was intended to positively impact teaching and learning outcomes while bridging the gap in furniture deficit across board.

In a brief remark, the Municipal Chief Executive, Madam Jennifer Dede Adjabeng said the Assembly remains committed to addressing all bottlenecks that continue to hamper smooth educational administration and desired teaching and learning outcomes.
She said though there was sustained effort in that direction, her outfit would continue to ensure equitable resource allocation to basic schools through properly coordinated needs assessment plans.

Receiving the items on behalf of the recipient schools, the Officer in charge of Monitoring and Supervision, Mr. Peter Ngala commended the Assembly for the gesture, which he said, would go a long way to promote the expected outcomes in education.

Other officers present at the ceremony were the two Planning Officers for the Municipal Assembly and Education Directorate, Mr. Frederick Asiama and Ahmed Alhassan respectively.
