The project, which had stalled for several years, was completed through funding from the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) Legacy Projects allocation as part of efforts to revive abandoned government projects across the municipality.

The completion of the classroom block underscores the Assembly's commitment to expanding access to quality education and ensuring that previously abandoned infrastructure is put to productive use for the benefit of residents.

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Jasikan, Hon. Parker-Davis Magyigbe, said the Assembly remains committed to completing stalled projects that have a direct impact on the lives of the people. He noted that investing in educational infrastructure is essential to improving teaching and learning outcomes and supporting the development of the municipality.

He commended the collaborative efforts of the Member of Parliament for Buem Constituency, Hon. Iddie Kofi Adams, and other stakeholders in ensuring the successful completion of the project.

Residents of Atwereboana have welcomed the completion of the classroom block, describing it as a timely intervention that will provide pupils with a safe and comfortable learning environment while easing pressure on existing educational facilities.

The Assembly reaffirmed its commitment to implementing more people-centred development projects and improving social infrastructure to enhance the quality of life across the Jasikan Municipality.
