Nineteen (19) well-trained Client Service Officers (CSOs) from the Nandom Municipality were carefully selected and provided with logistics such as tablets and reflective jackets by the MCE, Hon. Raymond Nero. These items will assist them in the collection of property rates across the municipality.
During his brief address, the MCE explained that the main responsibility of the officers is to generate bills for individual property owners in the Municipality, enabling them to make cashless payments through a system that is directly connected to the Assembly.
The government's aim with this initiative is to improve the collection and management of property rates.
The MCE also urged property owners and rate payers in the Municipality to utilize the "Myassembly.gov.gh" platform for property rate payments.
