The traders in an interview with Ghanadistricts TV said that trading activities have fallen below expectation as a very little number of customers buy goods.

They are certain the situation is due to economic hardship which is preventing their customers from buying their products.

Some of the women said they are only enthused to come to the market every morning because of their daily bread and their ward's school fees.

They are hopeful the downturn of the economy would be improved by the government to increase people’s purchasing powers so that their trading business can also revive.
