The facility like many others funded by the GNPC Foundation is an investment in the Ghanaian youth and intervention that seeks to improve teaching and learning and thus empower the next generation.

In a ceremony to handover the building to the college, Dr. Edua charged the leadership of the school to cultivate good maintenance culture to ensure longevity of the building.

The Metropolitan Chief -Executive (MCE) of Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly, Abdul Mumin Issah commended the Foundation’s developmental efforts that have impacted not just his metropolis but also every corner of the country.

“Your work is known in many parts of the country and we applaud your commitment to uplifting individuals and societies by ensuring the windfall of Ghana’s oil business reaches all,” he said.

The Headmistress of the school, Mrs. Guddy Abena Ampomah Kermah, recounted the school’s dire need for infrastructural support and hence their appreciation for GNPC’s decision to come to their aid. She assured that the facility would be put to its intended use and under proper care.
