ACHIASE: Adom Fm’s Prince Anin-Agyei distributes maths sets to pupils

Prince Anin- Agyei, a social media coordinator and producer with the Adom Brands of the Multimedia Group has donated Mathematical set to pupils of Achiase and Osoroase of the Achiase district in the Eastern Region.

He said the distributed math set for selected schools in the district is to enhance teaching and learning, especially mathematics and science.

According to Mr. Agyei, his main goal is to make the students aware that they have all the basic support they need from the leaders in the district.

The beneficiary schools include; Achiase senior high school, Achiase salvation army school, Achiase L/A JHS, Sacred Heart JHS, Wanda Goodman JHS among others.

Mr. Amponsah Wilson Owusu, an Examination officer in the Achiase District, says, poor academic performances from students was one of the major challenges they need to rectify.

He called on parents to complement government efforts by providing the basic needs of their children such as food, clothing and shelter, while the government provided the much-needed infrastructure and other logistics such as books and teaching materials.

Some of the beneficiaries show much gratitude at receiving such learning material and promise to make good use of the material.
