The Circuit Court, when completed would help fast-track adjudication of cases in dispensing justice and serve the people of Sunyani West and Sunyani Municipal.

The construction of the new court would take six month to complete and estimated to cost GH¢200,000.00 from the District Assembly Common Fund.

The court when completed would have five rooms, conference hall and ancillary facilities.

The community currently is using the Town Hall Council Office to accommodate staff of the court. The Court officials said this was affecting the activity of the court hence the need to get office accommodation.

The DCE in his brief addressing also acknowledged the takeover of the Council Office by the court was not the best. This he said was actually affecting the operation of both offices hence the need to build the new court. He urged Nananom to be involved and support in the work in order to ensure good and quality work.

The chief of Fiapre, Oberempon Professor Nana Kyem Amponsah commended the Assembly and Government for the project and pledged their total support towards the successful completion of the project.
