He presented a cash amount totaling GH10, 000 to the graduates while they prepare to transition into senior high school.
This donation comes on the heels of a similar one done by the Agency in August where a 20-year-old needy, brilliant student Beatrice Frimpong received a $15,000 scholarship to study Mining Engineering at the University of Alberta in Canada.
The 2024 Ashanti Regional best travel and tour company has been noted for supporting education and other social activities in Obuasi as part of their corporate social responsibilities.

He said “I was once a student some time ago and I understand how it feels to lack basic needs to go through school due to financial constraints. I believe this is a way of giving back to society what God has blessed me with and putting smiles on the faces of the less privileged ".
Mr. Amankwaa pledged his continuous support to BECE candidates who perform well in their final exam every year and also said those who excel during their Senior High School education will also be sponsored to the tertiary level.
