According to him, a meeting has been scheduled with the police command and his men to discuss security issues and also to advise them on how to ensure continue peace in the district.

According to him, security is a pre-requisite for sustainable development because people will have to feel safe and secured to go about their legitimate business to improve economic activities in the district.

To this end, he assured of the assembly’s commitment to liaise with all necessary stakeholders to provide the needed peaceful atmosphere in the district.
