Madam Boatemaa Marfo says the assembly is committed to improving upon the nature of the roads in the district and has committed itself to major rehabilitation works on the main roads. 

He visit to communities like Akokoaso, Anunuso, Ahensan, Naama, Odurokurom, and Oguaa accorded her the opportunity to experience traveling on some of these roads and asured that something will be done about them.

In a conversation with ghanadistricts.com, the DCE said people have consistently complained about the rough nature of road networks in the district particularly the Akokoaso-Anunuso road and the assembly is deeply concerned about the plight of people living in and around that part of the district, therefore the needs to mount force on the contractor to make sure the roads are done.
