Ghanadistrict.com Western Region correspondent, Daniel Addo reports that the the road connecting the town to other surronding communities are currently in bad shape; hence making it difficult for drivers to ply the road whenever it rains.

“The situation even gets worse when it rains. Passengers refuse to enter the station to take cars because of the muddy environment but rather stand by roadside for cars” a commercial driver noted.

“Our roads are very bad, very dusty and we want the assembly to do something about it to improve the situation” a passenger told this website in an interview.

The drivers complained that their vehicles are no longer in good condition because of the poor roads and it costs them huge sums of monies from their incomes in repairing the vehicles.

They called on government to asphalt the roads and rehabilitate the lorry station, since efforts to get authorities in the area to improve the situation has fallen on deaf ears.
