The project, which is being funded from the assembly’s share of the District Assembly’s Common fund (DACF), is expected to serve the health needs of other nearby communities in the district.

Mr. Yawson Amoah , the District Chief Executive (DCE), who made this known to Ghanadistricts.com explained that the health needs of the people was paramount to the assembly; hence the need and urgency to put the facility to ensure that purpose.

He charged the contractors, Jimmy Tony to accelerate work on the facility and also work hard to meet the deadline but also ensure there is value for money.

The DCE ended by reiterating government’s readiness to tackle the health need of the people by not just providing infrastructure but also ensuring that the needed logistics and personnel are made available in the facility.
