New DVLA office for Goaso

The Asunafo North Municipal Assembly has constructed a new state of the art DVLA office in the district to effectively service the needs of drivers in the area.
The new office complex which cost GH900,000 is expected to serve communities such as Sefwi-Wiawso, Bibiani, Bibiani, Juaboso and Bia all in the western region.
Inaugurating the office the Transport Minister Alhaji Collins Dauda said the move is part of an on going exercise by the DVLA to increase its presence at the local level.
Alhaji Dauda urged drivers to exercise restraint and good judgement so as to reduce the increasing road carnage in the country.
The facility, has offices such as client service room, capture room, accounts office, offices for technical engineer and district licensing officer, a place of convenience and two vehicle inspection bays.
The minister asked the DVLA personnel to always mantain the good form of the edifice in order to make it last.
