The Programme of Action consists of prioritized set of projects and their cost.  These are intended to enhance the achievement of the prioritized objectives of the medium-term period under the GPRS II.  The cost element of the Programme of Action is a rough estimate of each of the thematic projects. Each project is listed under its appropriate Area or Urban Council and GPRS II thematic area.
