Ada West sets new security taskforce
The Ada West District Assembly has inaugurated a new taskforce to help augment the work of security personnel in the area.

The inauguration ceremony which was held at the forecourt of the District Assembly was well attended by top security officers, chiefs, departmental heads and some assembly officials.
Speaking at the event, Sampson Tetteh Kpankpah, the District Chief Executive of the area, lauded the move to set up a new taskforce to augment the work security personnel in the district, adding that the Taskforce will among other things enforce and ensure compliance of the law.
He commended the taskforce for risking their lives to help combat crime in Sege and its surrounding communities and called for total support for their work.
He urged individuals of the new taskforce to serve diligently and live a responsible life-style in the society in order to ensure that the purpose for which they were selected is achieved.
He also advised them to work in unity and charged them to use their authority to improve on the development of all sectors in the District.
