DORMAA W: 6-unit school block handed over to Adiemra No.2
A newly built 6-units classroom block has been handed over to the Adiemra No.2 community in the Dormaa West District in the Brong Ahafo Region.

Speaking at the ceremony, the District Chief Executive (DCE), Madam Mary Ameyaa, thanked the good people of the community for the confident they have reposed in her and the government and assured them of continuity to ensure that quality education is attained in the district.



The DCE Ameyaa, further urged the pupils to take their studies seriously in order to become achievers in society wherever they may find themselves in the future since education is the key.

The Head teacher of the School, Mr Otchere thanked the Assembly for coming to their aid with such beautiful edifice and promised to make good use of it.



In attendance were the DCD Mr Yaw Kankam, Officers from the Education Directorates including; Mr S.T. Wanted, Mr Baah Joseph; the Planning Officer Mr Bismark Asante, Head of Works Edem Godson, Mr Oppong Francis and Asante who are Assembly Members, Nananom from Nkrankwanta and Adiemra No.2, and the district police commander Daniel Wafe.



The project was funded by the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF).
