Mr. Aasoglenang said the District Assembly intends to procure more desks in the near future to be supplied to other schools and institutions in the District. “The Assembly is committed to ensuring that the necessary support the District Education Directorate requires is given them, to enable them discharge their mandate appropriately”

The acting District Director of Education for Nandom Mr. Dongyeru Godfrey, who took delivery of the desks, expressed gratitude to the District Chief Executive and the Nandom District Assembly as a whole. The District Coordinating Director for Nandom Mr. Abdul Karim, urged the Ghana Education Service to endeavor to maintain the desks when they breakdown.
