Nsawam Adoagyiri MCE attracts investors for economic improvement
The Municipal Chief Executive for Nsawam -Adoagyiri Municipality, Isaac Kwadwo Buabeng has managed to attract investors to the municipality to help address a number of challenges confronting the area.

Speaking to Ghanadistricts.com, the MCE who led a delegation to South Africa for investment opportunities in the municipality said they managed to sign MoU with some major investment companies that have agreed to embark on investments in the municipality.

The MoU according to the MCE will see the investors putting up a 4000 housing units, establish a fruit processing company, construct a modern market center, and a waste recycling plant through partnership with the Municipal assembly.

He said, the investors will also support the Municipality to modernize agriculture through technical assistance and technology and also help the municipal assembly to manage waste and improve its infrastructure.

Mr. Buabeng said, he was accompanied by the Municipal Coordinating Director, the Municipal Development Planning Officer, and one private business consultant.

Buabeng explained that “Limpopo Province in South Africa signed MoU with Nsawam Municipal Assembly for partnership in improving agriculture and infrastructure.

“We also explored other great investment opportunities and engaged some high profile state institutions and other private companies who showed firm commitment to invest in the municipality.”
