2-unit classroom block commissioned at Israel
A 2-unit classroom block with offices and a urinal bay has been commissioned at Israel, a suburb community in the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipality funded by the Mineral Development Fund (MDF).

Addressing the media, the chief of Israel, Nana Kuranchin III expressed his satisfaction with the gesture and lauded the Assembly and the Member of Parliament for their immense support to the community.
He further appealed to the MP and the MCE for urgent intervention to the challenges in the community. Responding to his request, Mr George Mireku Duker, Member of Parliament and Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources assured them of a better road Network and a well-developed community.
He therefore applauded the MCE and his technocrats at the Assembly for ensuring a better Tarkwa-Nsuaem. The Municipal Chief Executive, Mr Benjamin Kessie, in his speech disclosed the Assembly’s plans to continue with the construction of the school block.
