DCE donates cash towards renovating of Beposo D/A Primary

The Sekyere Central District Chief Executive (DCE) Mr. Benjamin Kingsley Koduah has donated an amount of GHC 1,000.00 00 aimed at supporting Beposo D/A Primary School to renovate its classrooms in order to provide conducive environment for both teaching and learning at the school’s 60th anniversary and fundraising ceremony.

The DCE in his speech said the donation is to accelerate the renovation of the school and underlined the need for all stakeholders to support the renovation of the classrooms to ensure a good environment for academic work.

He said education remained a top priority of the District Assembly and pledged the commitment of his administration to partner key stakeholders to raise the standard of education in the District.

Mr. Koduah admonished parents to provide the basic needs for their children’s education as the Government provided the infrastructure and logistics needed for their training.

He said parents should also desist from engaging their wards in farming and other domestic activities during school hours adding that such practices could only ruin the future of their kids.
