Justice delivery given a boost with two courts – DCE

Justice delivery has been given a boost in the North Tongu District in the Volta Region with the establishment of two courts in the district.

The two courts; a District Magistrate Court at Battor, and a Circuit Court at Juapong come handy to the people who used to travel to other districts in the past for justice delivery.

Mr. Divine Fenu, District Chief Executive for the area speaking on the development extended appreciation to the government for the efforts.

He added that, “hitherto, our people would have to travel to either Sogakope, or Adidome; those around Juapong would have to go to Peki or Kpando to have their issues addressed; but now we have two major courts with us in the district, and so we can only be thankful to the president HE President Nana Akufo Addo for this feat.
