Ghana’s Best Teacher in Leadership and Administration Meets with MCE
Mr. Abraham Fletcher, Sefwi-Wiawso Municipal Director of Education, on Monday 6th November, 2023 paid a courtesy call on the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Louis Owusu-Agyapong, to express his gratitude for the support he has received from the MCE and the Municipal Assembly. This call comes on the heels of Mr. Fletcher's recent recognition as the Best Teacher in Leadership and Administration in Ghana.

Mr. Fletcher commended the MCE for his unwavering commitment to education and his dedication to improving the quality of education in the Municipality. He also expressed his appreciation for the support the Municipal Assembly has provided to the Ghana Education Service (GES) in Sefwi-Wiawso.

Mr. Fletcher noted that the MCE's support has been instrumental in helping the GES to achieve its goals of improving student learning outcomes and ensuring that all children have access to quality education. He further stated that he is committed to working closely with the MCE and the Municipal Assembly to further enhance the quality of education in Sefwi-Wiawso.

In response, the MCE, Hon. Louis Owusu-Agyapong, congratulated Mr. Fletcher on his well-deserved recognition as the Best Teacher in Leadership and Administration. He acknowledged Mr. Fletcher's outstanding contributions to education in Sefwi-Wiawso and commended him for his dedication to excellence.

The MCE also reaffirmed the Municipal Assembly's commitment to supporting the GES in its efforts to provide quality education to all children in Sefwi-Wiawso. He assured Mr. Fletcher that the Assembly will continue to provide the necessary resources and support to the GES to achieve its goals.

Mr. Fletcher and Hon. Louis Owusu - Agyepong agreed that there is a strong need to continue to invest in education in Sefwi-Wiawso. They believe that by doing so, they can help to create a brighter future for the children of the Municipality.
