OFFINSO N: MP pledges to sponsor youth to undergo leadership training
The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Offinso North Mr. Asare Boakye has hinted that the Member of Parliament for the area Mr. Augustine Collins Ntim has pledged to pay fees for 50 youth to be enrolled in leadership and skills training institute in Asankare.

The DCE said that when the MP provided a free bus to convey some students to undergo youth leadership training to enable them acquired skills to reduce unemployment in the Offinso North district and Ghana as a whole.

He also used the occasion to advise the students to distance themselves from drugs and other social vices that will destroy their lives.



He then urged them to respect the school authorities adding that the beneficiaries will be trained in Fashion designs, mason, plumbing, electrical among others for three years, and the MP is ready to pay all the fees.

Parents of the beneficiaries commended the MP for the gesture and the officer in charge of the Offinso North Youth Authority Mr. Alfred Bekoe Holiness, called on other stakeholders to also try their best to help educate and train the youth for the future.
