New Jaman North DCE assumes office

Mr Adane Ankomah, former District Chief Executive (DCE) of Jaman North District has today, 18th October, 2021 officially handed to Hon Solomon Owusu following the latter’ nomination and successful confirmation by Assembly members of the area.

The event took place in the office of the DCE and witnessed by all key Departmental Heads and the media.

In his speech, the former DCE thanked all the Heads and the media for supporting him during his tenure of office and urged the new DCE to collaborate with all the workers for an effective delivery of work.

He also called on the new DCE to welcome ideas and accept criticism in his transformation agenda for the district

On his part, the new DCE thanked his predecessors and promised to work effectively to reciprocate the confidence reposed in him by President and Assembly Members to champion development in the area.

Mr Owusu promised to settle all the chieftaincy disputes in the Jaman North District through stakeholder meetings to help promote peace in the district.
