ATWIMA M: DCE, MP cut sod for projects, commission completed projects
The District Chief Executive of Atwima Mponua, William Darko and the Minister for Youth and Sports, Isaac Kwame Asiamah have Commissioned and cut sod for various projects in communities within the district last Sunday.

The duo commissioned a 6-unit classroom block with ancillary offices at Kwanfifi and an ultra-modern toilet facility in Kotokuom.
In addition, sod-cutting ceremonies were held at Betinko and Pakyi Nkroma for the construction of an ultra-modern toilet facility and a classroom block at these communities respectively.
Mr. William Darko asked the people to be positive minded and support his government because it was the NPP government that brought light to the Atwima Mponua as well as mechanised water systems.
He disclosed that the ban on small scale mining will be lifted soon as the state together with all stakeholders are through with the road map to address the destruction of water bodies and the forest.
He told the gathering not to be swayed by doomsayers as the government was working to improve the lives of the citizenry.
