Management of NJSMA officially receives keys to new office

Management of the New Juaben South Municipal Assembly has officially received the keys to the newly built office complex following its commissioning by President Akufo-Addo on October 23, 2022.

The project, which was funded by the Government of Ghana through the Ministry of Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development commenced in October 2021 and completed in September 2022.

Mr. Isaac Appaw-Gyasi, the Municipal Chief Executive, thanked and lauded the contractors for their good work and dedication towards the construction of the ultra-modern office complex for the Assembly.

He added that the new office will fill the gap of accommodation deficiencies of some departments which are outside of the main Assembly block.

To ensure maintenance culture, the MCE assured for an effective maintenance of the new office so as to serve its intended purpose.

On his part, the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Edward Abazing commended the consultant and the contractor for ensuring good work and on time.

He added that this project will go a long way to enhance the image of the Municipality and beyond.
