Dormaa East DCE tours construction sites

The Dormaa East District Security Committee has paid a working visit to Nsesresu and Tankase communities where two police post are currently under construction.

The team later visited Kyeremasu, another community in the district to inspect the police station, which is also under construction.

The District Chief Executive (DCE), Mr Emmanuel Kofi Agyemang during the visit says he was satisfied with the progress of work so far, adding that the three projects were aimed at improving security in the area.

He also seized the opportunity to thank the Chiefs and people of Dormaa Akwamuhas for offering a temporary structure to serve as a police station in the area.

He added a site has also been handed over to the Assembly for the construction of a police station for the people of Wamanafo, a farming community in the district. He added that work on the site had since commenced and progressing steadily.
