Jirapa MCE Commissions CHPS Compound for Vinving

The Municipal Chief Executive of Jirapa Municipal Assembly Madam Christine Bonbanye-Amadu commissioned a Community-Based Health Planning and Service (CHPS) compound to the Chiefs and people of Vinving Electoral Area.

The facility is expected to serve the people of Vinving and nearby communities.

Madam Christine Bonbanye-Amadu speaking with ghanadistricts.com, said “it’s in line with President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s vision to have quality health service delivery in the country and hence the Government of Ghana and its development partners are committed to solving the health needs of the people.”

She urged the people of Vinving to help integrate the health personnel posted to the facility into the community and not over demand from them since their role to give primary Basic health care as in prevention through Health promotion, vaccination, ANC services, Home visits and OPD services, cases that are beyond them will be referred to other Health Centres.

The MCE called on the chiefs and elders of Vinving and the entire Vinving community to come out in their numbers on 7th December, 2020 and vote massively for the NPP government and Mr. Paul Derigubaa to continue with the good works in the Vinving Community.

She further entreated the Chief and his subjects of Vinving if voted for the NPP government and Hon. Derigubaa, they will construct another road that will link Vinving to Kuucheni to facilitate easy movement.
