Tramadol, an agent of future destruction – Ashanti Mampong MP.

The Member of Parliament for Ashanti Mampong, Hon. Kwaku AmpratwumSarpong has called on Ghanaian Youth to desist from the use of Tramadol and other related drugs as such drugs are causative agent for their destruction.

He explained further that, if Ghanaian youths wants to have a meaningful status in their life, usage of drugs should be considered as advisory to their progress to enable them befit well in society.

He also called on traditional authorities, the clergy, Imams and other stakeholders to make their voices heard on this issue so that the abuse of drugs among the youths which has become a national canker could be curtailed.

He gave the advice when he teamed up with the Municipal Chief Executive of the area, Thomas Appiah Kubi donated a 32 seater Benz bus to the Amaniampong Senior High School.

The headmistress of Amaniampong SHS, Mrs. Philomena Akyaa Brobbey eulogized the government for the honor bestowed on them through the MP and the MCE and stated that other related hurdles that are confronting the school have to be addressed to elevate the school to a higher pedestal.
