DCE calls for unity and patriotism amongst Ghanaians
The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Ningo Prampram Mr. Jonathan Teye Doku has called for unity and patriotism amongst Ghanaians irrespective of ethnic, cultural and language barriers.

Mr Doku speaking at the 62nd Independence Day Anniversary Commemoration entreated the youth to eschew all forms of social vices including substance abuse, illegal carrying of fire arms and teenage pregnancies and encouraged them to rather work assiduously towards their education as well as the preservation of all natural resources for the sustainable development of the nation.

He noted that educational standards in the district has improved tremendously for which he commended the Education Service for their effort and also acknowledged the security agencies for the protection of lives and properties in the District.



He therefore advised Parents and guardians to be responsible and attentive to the educational needs of their wards.

As part of the developmental agenda of the Assembly, the DCE announced the successful re-opening of the Old Ningo Area Council where staff are working diligently to mobilize revenue for infrastructural development.
