HOHOE: MCE supports PWDs
The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Hohoe Mr. Andrews Teddy-Ofori has presented items such as hairdressing equipment, refrigerators, sewing machine, fufu pounding machines, goat for rearing and money to persons with disabilities (PWDs) in the Municipality.

The support is to empower PWDs and improve their livelihood to enable them support their families without being dependent on people.
The MCE during the presentation advised the PWDs to make good use of the equipment to be able to earn their daily bread, adding that the policy is to assist the needy and vulnerable in the society and to avoid being a burden to the society.
He assured the disabled persons in the municipality that government would not relent in its effort of providing the needed support to ensure that they are all well off.
