Asante Akim North Assembly receives 40 motorbikes

The Asante Akim North District Assembly in the Ashanti Region has received new motorbikes from government to enhance their works at their various electoral areas.

Over 40 assembly members and government appointees in the Asante Akim North District received their long awaited motor bikes which they have over the years fought government over.

In an interview with ghanadistricts.com, the Assembly members who received the motor bikes pledged they will use it to the maximum benefit of the district.

“We assure Ghanaians that the coming of these motor bikes will make our work easy and we will be able to give regular visit to our communities and also monitor projects in the district.”

However, the District Chief Executive, Francis Oti Boateng urged the Assembly members to take good care of the motor bikes and work collectively to improve the image of their communities.
