MAMPONG: Mohamadu Amadu, 17years old herdsman arrested for murder
A 17year old fulani herdsman who bears the name Mohamadu Amadu has been apprehended by the Asaam Police Command for allegedly committing murder at Kubesinase, a community in the Ashanti Mampong Municipality.

Briefing the media, the District Police Commander, ASP Ransford Nsiah stated that Mr. Tingani Kalaisoma came to lodge a complaint that his son Azaaria Kalaisoma has been attacked and butchered to death at his maize farm.
He explained that the deceased was at his farm when he saw the Fulani herdsmen and their livestock grazing his maize farm land. He then decided to confront the herdsmen to take their livestock from the farm.

His confrontations didn't sound well to the suspect and he then used the machete he was holding to butcher him to death.
To avoid a future menace of this nature, the police commander advised, farmers to always report to them if they see cattle grazing their farm land rather than to engage in any confrontations which could lead to violence
