District Chief Executive , Stephen Komla Timinca said all the roads in the district have been captured for bitumen surfacing, and these include Aveme-Tome Sava road down to Avate,  Post Office to Aveti, Anfoega Township Road, Vakpo Nsuta-Nsuta Kpeve which is under construction, while construction will also commence on Tsrukpe-Botoku-Tsorxor road.

He said by the time contractors on these projects complete their work all their roads would be tarred. This would make carting of goods to major market centres easier while commuters will find plying these routs smoother.

He underscored the importance of good roads to the socio-economic growth of every society hence his delight that government has taken such a step to construct the roads and make life better for the people.
