LOWER M KROBO: MCE donate to Akuse Methodist Tech

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Lower Manya Krobo, Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh has presented 300 duel desks, 30 dining hall tables and 60 benches to the Akuse Methodist Technical Senior High School, as part of the government's commitment to sustain the “Free SHS” policy.

Mr. Tetteh during the presentation ceremony at the School premises said “the President’s commitment to transforming lives includes improved education, adding that “that is why we are here to present this furniture”.

“We hope it will change the plight of these pupils even as we strive to make education more accessible”, he added.

On his part, Headmaster of the school, Mr. John Selby expressed their appreciation to the MCE for supporting the school and assured that the furniture shall be put into proper use to linger its life-span.
